N-Charge Fabrication — One-Year Limited Product Warranty
N-Charge Fabrication stands behind the quality and workmanship of our products. This Limited Warranty applies to products manufactured and sold by N-Charge Fabrication, including applicable components and hardware supplied with those products.
One-Year Limited Warranty
N-Charge Fabrication warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
During the warranty period, N-Charge Fabrication will, at its discretion, repair or replace any covered product, component, or hardware determined to be defective due to materials or workmanship.
Repair or replacement under this warranty is the customer’s exclusive remedy for a covered warranty claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, defects, failures, or excessive wear resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper use, or use of the product for a purpose other than its intended application.
- User error, including improper installation, operation, maintenance, adjustment, removal, or reinstallation.
- Accidents, impacts, collisions, vehicle damage, off-road incidents, or other external forces.
- Modification, alteration, unauthorized repair, welding, drilling, cutting, or other changes to the product unless specifically authorized by N-Charge Fabrication.
- Installation using incorrect, modified, damaged, or non-approved hardware or mounting methods.
- Failure to properly tighten, inspect, maintain, or replace mounting hardware when necessary.
- Overloading, excessive force, or exceeding the intended capacity or limitations of the product.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes resulting from normal use, including scratches, chips, dents, fading, discoloration, surface corrosion, or deterioration of coatings or finishes.
- Exposure to chemicals, road salt, extreme environmental conditions, improper cleaning products, or other environmental factors beyond normal intended use.
- Damage caused by another product, accessory, vehicle component, or third-party installation.
- Theft, vandalism, fire, natural disasters, or other events outside the control of N-Charge Fabrication.
This warranty does not cover damage to vehicles, tools, equipment, cargo, personal property, or other products resulting from the installation, use, misuse, failure, or removal of an N-Charge Fabrication product.
Warranty Claims
Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and begins on the original date of purchase.
To submit a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact N-Charge Fabrication and provide:
- Proof of purchase.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs or video showing the product and claimed defect.
- Any additional information reasonably requested by N-Charge Fabrication to evaluate the claim.
N-Charge Fabrication reserves the right to inspect the product or affected component and determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.
Products or components should not be returned without prior authorization from N-Charge Fabrication. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
If a claim is approved, N-Charge Fabrication will determine whether the appropriate remedy is repair, replacement of the affected component, or replacement of the product.
Shipping, Labor, and Installation Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by N-Charge Fabrication, this Limited Warranty covers the defective N-Charge Fabrication product, component, or hardware only.
Labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, vehicle downtime, towing, transportation, shipping, and other costs associated with a warranty claim are not covered.
Third-Party Products and Components
Products, accessories, or components manufactured by third parties and resold or supplied by N-Charge Fabrication are not covered by this Limited Warranty unless expressly stated otherwise. Such products may be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, N-Charge Fabrication’s liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the covered product, component, or hardware.
N-Charge Fabrication shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost profits, lost revenue, vehicle downtime, towing expenses, damage to other property, or other losses arising from the installation, use, misuse, failure, or removal of a product.
Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Additional Terms
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of products purchased directly from N-Charge Fabrication or an authorized N-Charge Fabrication seller.
Any implied warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed are limited to the duration permitted by applicable law.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations above may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
